By accessing or using IdeaHub Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IdeaHub Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully before using our Service.
2. Eligibility
To use IdeaHub Studio, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Spread hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Share sexually explicit or inappropriate material
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Prohibited Activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
- Use the Service for spam or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in IdeaHub Studio.
When you upload content to IdeaHub Studio, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and backup your content on our servers
- Display your content to you within the Service
- Process your content with AI services (as described in our Privacy Policy)
- Make technical modifications necessary for the Service to function
This license is limited to operating and improving the Service. We will never sell your content, use it for advertising, or share it publicly without your explicit permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
IdeaHub Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate content including:
- Project names and descriptions from voice recordings
- Cover images for your projects
- Action plans and task suggestions
Important Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
You own the AI-generated content created specifically for you, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
The IdeaHub Studio platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
- The IdeaHub Studio name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission
- You may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service
8. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited features and storage. Free accounts are subject to usage limits which may change at our discretion.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- You retain access to paid features until your subscription ends
- No partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Availability of all features at all times
- That defects will be corrected immediately
- That the Service will meet all your requirements
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice when possible.
10. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Create risk or legal exposure for us
Effect of Termination
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your data after the retention period
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any content or data will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEAHUB STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IdeaHub Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or other materials you submit
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify you via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Germany.
